My relationship with Awakenings Healing Touch massage therapist Denise, over the course of the past 2 years, has been beyond a beneficial necessity for my fibromyalgia. Denise's professional massaging touch has helped calm the areas of pain, release muscle tension,  and elongate muscles that I leave a session feeling taller, more mobile and pain free. Massage therapy has been a necessity whether weekly to bi-weekly sessions during a flare or maintaining monthly sessions to keep me relaxed and balanced between flares.
